We first met just over nine years ago at work, and it didn’t take long for us to realise we were meant to be together. Within three months, Matt had moved in with me, my mom, and my sister, and before long we found ourselves renting our very first home in Coleshill.

Back then, life was all about enjoying each other’s company – eating out four or five nights a week, travelling, and spending time with family. But we knew we wanted to buy a place of our own, so we moved back in with my mom and sister for a year to save up. Just before hitting our savings goal, we spotted a house we fell in love with… only to miss out on it. We thought it wasn’t meant to be and carried on searching.

Then, two months later, that very same house came back on the market. We booked a viewing straight away, walked in, and knew instantly it was the one. We put in an offer immediately, and to our delight it was accepted – it really was meant to be! That home has now been ours for six years, and it’s been the backdrop to our greatest adventures. Shortly after moving in, we welcomed our biggest blessing – our daughter, Willow.

Fast forward to today: Willow is now five, Matt proposed in June 2024, and we are so excited to be planning our wedding for June 2026. After nine wonderful years together, we can’t wait to begin this next chapter as husband and wife, with many more years of love, laughter, and memories to come. 🤍
